This lovely detached 4-bedroom property features a south-west facing balcony off the main bedroom with views of the gardens from both sides. Ascend a charming spiral staircase to discover the expansive roof terrace, boasting panoramic vistas of the countryside and the distant sea. The rooftop hot tub, a haven for relaxation, beckons after a day of sunbathing and alfresco dining.

Inside, the accommodation is thoughtfully designed, featuring a luxurious master bedroom with an en-suite, a cosy double room, an upstairs bunk bedroom accommodating two, and a well-appointed family bathroom. Additionally, a downstairs bunk room awaits, complete with a conveniently located shower room opposite, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.

(Please note there is an additional charge of 200.00 per week for the hot tub)

**This property will be either a Friday or Saturday changeover for 2025, excluding peak periods when it will changeover on a Friday**
**Short breaks are available starting Monday (4 nights) and Friday (3 nights)**

"We have just returned from a weeks holiday in house 2 and would certainly have no doubt in recommending the house and location to you. The house is nicely furnished and is light and airy. Only a short walk to the edge of the complex is the coastal path leading to Talland Bay beaches and coastal walks to Polperro and Looe. The roof terrace is amazing with the hot tub and beautiful views towards the sea and countryside, we certainly hope to return soon."
