The open-plan ground floor includes a spacious kitchen, living, and dining area, featuring NEFF appliances and extensive patios with south-easterly views. Entertainment options abound with WiFi, a 40-inch 3D Freeview HD Smart Television, and an additional TV in the main bedroom.

Outdoor relaxation awaits on the extensive ground-floor patio with a hot tub. Ideal for beach or pool days, the family bathroom conveniently connects to the patio.
