Inside, the accommodation is thoughtfully designed, featuring a luxurious master bedroom with an en-suite, a cosy double room, an upstairs bunk bedroom accommodating two, and a well-appointed family bathroom. Additionally, a downstairs bunk room awaits, complete with a conveniently located shower room opposite, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.

(Please note there is an additional charge of 200.00 per week for the hot tub).

This property offers full flexibility with a minimum three night stay starting and ending on the days that suit you.

"We have just returned from a weeks holiday in house 2 and would certainly have no doubt in recommending the house and location to you. The house is nicely furnished and is light and airy. Only a short walk to the edge of the complex is the coastal path leading to Talland Bay beaches and coastal walks to Polperro and Looe. The roof terrace is amazing with the hot tub and beautiful views towards the sea and countryside, we certainly hope to return soon."
