The Bay Talland far exceeded our expectations of a getaway. The site team were always super attentive and shared things to do around the area. The location is out of this world with breathtaking views and walks to suit all. With a fab location and a clean and very well-kept site, we would fully recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely time at The Bay with my children, wife and parents. Accommodation was lovely and could not fault a thing.

Fantastic experience staying here at The Bay, everything was clean and tidy, beds were all very comfy, very spacious living with an enclosed garden for our children and our dog, swimming facilities were enjoyed by all. The staff are fantastic and very accommodating.

Had a great time here, staff were super approachable and helpful! The house was wonderful with plenty of storage and utensils to use. Slept really well and enjoyed the view every minute of our time there.

Amazing accommodation, very clean and welcoming. The whole site is very dog friendly and lovely for a morning walk. The swimming pool is amazing. Lovely location for family walks and trips into Polperro & Looe. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay at The Bay, Talland, the houses are beautiful, tranquil and the whole site is immaculate, everything you need for a relaxing stay in Cornwall.

The Bay Talland has been our little slice of heaven for well over a decade. We’ve adopted one house in particular and that’s our home from home each time. What makes it even more special is the people who manage the site, everyone is a star and we couldn’t wish for nicer people.

"We have just returned from a beautiful stay at House 19, the Bay Talland. The house was spotless and had everything you could need whilst you are away from home. There was even a cornish cream tea waiting for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch.

"This is the second year we have stayed at Number 31. The hot tub was used every day and there were fantastic sunsets. You can easily walk into Polperro and back or Looe, although we just enjoyed being on the beach in Talland or a drink at the Smugglers Rest. We would definitely recommend a stay here at The Bay."

"We have just returned from a weeks holiday in house 2 and would certainly have no doubt in recommending the house and location to you. The house is nicely furnished and is light and airy. Only a short walk to the edge of the complex is the coastal path leading to Talland Bay beaches and coastal walks to Polperro and Looe. The roof terrace is amazing with the hot tub and beautiful views towards the sea and countryside, we certainly hope to return soon."

"We can't speak highly enough of the Bay Talland; it truly was a 5* experience. Right by the coastal path with stunning views over to Looe and Polperro, plus a lovely walk/run in either direction taking you either to the beach or the town. The property itself was huge, full of modern decor and fittings - the kitchen was better-equipped than our one at home! Everyone from reception to cleaning to maintenance were friendly, well turned-out and helpful. Classy, clean and just totally relaxing. Next time we come back to Cornwall, we will stay here, without a shadow of a doubt. Brilliant."

“This is a luxury house on a site with an indoor pool and gym. The grounds extend to the coastal path between Looe and Polperro. The house is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. There are 2 double rooms, a single room and bunkbeds so you can fit in a reasonable size family group. Reception staff were very helpful. I can see us returning!”

"Very friendly staff. Great place to spend a family holiday. The indoor pool is great for families. There is a small gym and sauna that is good for just ticking over during your stay. All in all a fantastic place to stay and relax".

Beautifully furnished and well equipped for all your needs. It has a home from home feel about it. This truly is a gem on the south coast which for us is pure escapism. "We spent a fantastic two weeks at number 47. The House is very well appointed and kitted out. Evenings were spent on the roof terrace and the pool table had plenty of use. We were very impressed that after the first week we were restocked with dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets and the all important scones, jam and clotted cream!!!"

"What do I recommend about The Bay, Talland? Everything! Really modern, clean homes with every facility you could wish for. Beautiful, peaceful site with amazing views. The use of a swimming pool, sauna and gym which are never overcrowded. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Two really good cafes, and beach all within walking distance. Great value for money too."

"We hired this house for a week at Easter, it's a stunning place with very modern surroundings, the house had everything for a comfortable stay. The views and the surrounding area are stunning and the rooftop balcony is beautiful with the hot tub on it. The site itself is very welcoming with a lovely pool and sauna and a small gym. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble."

"The house was gorgeous and perfectly kitted out for a family (cots, high chairs and stair gates all provided). With an online groceries delivery, and a view to die for, we were all set for the most perfect week. Sitting in the hot tub under the stars while the kids were in bed was amazing."
