"This is the second year we have stayed at Number 31. Everything is of a high standard and there was plenty of space for 2 families. The hot tub was used every day and there were fantastic sunsets to be viewed off the balconies. The house is a great base for lots of gorgeous places. You can easily walk into Polperro and back or Looe, although we just enjoyed being on the beach in Talland or a drink at the Smugglers Rest. We would definitely recommend a stay here at The Bay."
