Olivia offers vibrant open-air art sessions for all. The magnificent vistas, landscapes, nature, and light serve as sources of inspiration for creating drawings and paintings. Cradled in the beautiful grounds of a small selection of hotels and restaurants in and near Looe, she invites participants to connect with nature, themselves, others, and their creativity.
Participants have the opportunity to learn how to make two-dimensional art, exploring multiple mediums. Everyone receives constructive advice and is encouraged to explore self-expression in a relaxed and playful setting immersed in spectacular nature.
Come and enjoy the stunning views and recreate them into art to take home – creating memories to be treasured forever.
All the materials are provided, and all you need to do is allow yourself the freedom to connect with creativity in the most playful manner. Together, you will all have a great time.
Inspired from the age of 15 by her art teacher who taught her skills and techniques but, most importantly, how to engage in creative bravery, Olivia now stimulates self-belief and empowering confidence through art. She connects nature, souls, minds, and our inner child to create art in a playful way, all in the open air.
Olivia became an artist after experiencing many different education settings around Europe – a BA in London, an MA in Nice, and a Post-MA in Geneva. She exhibited, made, shared, discussed, and grew in as many different environments as she could. In 2013, needing an injection of money, she went off to sea and became a successful Chief Stewardess on yachts. She traveled the world and fell in love with her blue horizon and the unexpected way of life. Eight years passed at sea, and out there she met her partner – a Looe boy. They returned to this beautiful town and had their son.
Olivia trained as an Art Teacher at Plymouth University, gaining her PGCE in Secondary School Education. After teaching in schools, she realised that she wanted to share her knowledge in the open air on the Cornish coastline. Teaching and learning outdoors has miraculous benefits for one’s health and happiness, and being amongst the elements can really stimulate inner joy and a strong sense of freedom to create without inhibition.
